REMINDER – Support Hub Closed for Reading Week

The Support Hub will be closed during reading week. This give the Service Department the opportunity to reset The Pantry. The last day to request for a hamper will be November 6th by 4:30pm. How does this look for active hampers during this time?

Locker Pickups

Students who have requested a hamper before Wednesday November 6th, will have the option to pick up their hamper through the locker approval flow, or will need to wait till the week after reading week to pickup their hamper.

How does the lockers work?

Using the link attached at the end of the “Ready for Pickup” or “Reminder” email, students can REQUEST to pickup their hamper in one of the lockers installed downstairs on the first floor of the SAMU Building.

Once a request is submitted the submission is sent to Pantry staff for them to confirm if a locker is available, the hamper information, and the student information. If there is room available for the date requested, and the correct information is submitted within the request, students will receive an email stating that the afterhours pickup request has been approved and that a further email from the locker company called “Expedibox” will be sent. This email will give you information on a code to enter to pick up the hamper in a locker.

If the date requested is unavailable, students will need to resubmit a form request for another day, or continue with picking up during the Support Hub’s open hours.
